TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By purchasing tickets you agree to the following:

(1) This is a ticketless online booking system. After purchasing the tickets at the checkout, print the purchase confirmation page and bring it with you to the auditorium.

(2) This is a secure online payment system using PayPal. Transaction fee quoted above represents the transaction fee incurred by the CGO and does not include any further transaction fees that may be incurred by the customer.

(3) Concessions must show Student ID, NUS Card, or proof of age if over 60 with ticket to ushers at entrance to auditorium. Other concessions may be valid at the discretion of the CGO Committee.

(4) Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and subject to availability. The CGO Committee reserve the right to refuse entry to the auditorium or eject a ticket holder from the auditorium.

(5) The CGO Committee reserve the right to make alterations or substitutions to the programme at its discretion.

(6) Latecomers will not be permitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

(7) Children aged 5 and under will not be admitted to any concerts.
